Personal Computers: All custom-builds come with a 3 year parts and labor warranty for the cpu and hardware, and a 1 year parts and labor warranty for most other components. (Trouble-shooting problems not related to hardware -- software, for example, are not included in the warranty). Peripherals typically come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Warranties on monitors vary, but are typically 1 to 3 years. Monitors have a life expectancy of 5 years or better. Servers: we will discuss your needs with you and advise you on a custom solution that will meet the demands you have of your server. All custom-built servers come with a 3 year parts and labor warranty for the cpu and hardware, and a 1 year parts and labor warranty for most other components. We service and build servers of all types - Windows, Linux and Unix. Repair: we also service and repair PCs. We charge only a $25 diagnostic fee, and most repairs can be made in 1 day. Your diagnostic fee applies towards repair, if you decide to have us perform it. You will be given a quotation for the cost of parts and/or service before we begin. Most repairs can be completed for under $100. Trouble-shooting: we can help you in many cases over the phone. We only charge an $25 phone support fee per incident, which provides you up to 30 minutes of support time. After 30 minutes, we charge $60 per hour ($1/minute). We do not start our clock until we have completed your personal profile. If we are unable to resolve your problem over the phone, we will waive your diagnostic fee if you bring your computer into our shop.
